Grilled Shish-kabobs

Easier then easy and beyond tasty. Healthy, too. Chop up some veggies, we used red and yellow peppers, mushrooms, leeks and pineapple with beef steak (seasoned with salt, pepper and thyme). Thread them onto a stick and hand them over to the hubby to grill. Dinner…tada! Magic!
