Low Key Valentines Day

Ben, Ophelia and I had a private dinner, made up of Buitoni Chicken & Roasted Garlic Ravioli. I cooked up some chicken and mixed it all together in their pesto sauce. Easy, satisfying and yummy!! We also had salad, bread with brie, and Ben had some wine. (Here is a picture of Ben, serenading Ophelia before dinner.)

After Ophelia was put to bed, Alex and Lynnessa came over for dessert. Lynnessa made some amazing chocolate pudding with whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings over the top. She also brought cream puffs and chocolate truffles! So good! I provided some shrimp cocktail, strawberries, champagne, coffee, and the left over brie and bread. We had a wonderful time stuffing ourselves and watching Scrubs.

Happy Valentines Day to us!!
